i saw the following post in the jobs vacant section. I have a dilemma - you see I'm actually African American but due to the fact that I have a genetic malfunction (i.e. I'm an albino) my skin is actually white. Now, will I get paid rmb5000 because I'm really black or rmb6000 because i appear to be white? then there's another conundrum - as an African American, my native language is English, so would i be paid rmb8000?
What qualities are important in a teacher? Ability or mere appearances (well, i actually know the answer to that in China).
this sort of advertisement, indeed moreso the employer and the cultural values, is quite sickening.

Requirements: a foreign teacher, having abundant teaching experience and no contract bound upon
Salary: 5000RMB for the black, 6000RMB for the white, and 8000RMB for the native speaker.
Timetable: from the end of July to the end of August

Copy of your degree certificate(s)

Nice find! Unfortunately, those hiring practices seem to be accepted in many Asian ESL markets.
On the other hand, I don't have to accept those kinds of ads as it's my site. I will delete it shortly.
