Requirements:

- Minimum of one year of documented professional teaching experience with young children. Additional experience with teaching English as a second language is preferred;
- Native English speaker with strong communication skills
- Works well in a team, in depth knowledge of developmentally appropriate curriculum practice.

An advantage to those who can legally work in China, with North American, Australian, or European teaching credentials; holding an English as a second language teaching certification; and/or who speak Mandarin Chinese. An understanding of the Chinese language and culture is an asset.

Job Description:

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for preschool children that encourages their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development;
- Plan and implement a developmentally- and age- appropriate curriculum, following the school's teaching philosophy, policies, system, and program;
- Create documentation and complete assessments of children's overall development and English language skills;
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, children, and col-workers;
- Assist in in-house English language training, internal research, and marketing events.
