Dialogue:
Getting Ready for Christmas Eve
Erin: Good morning!
Dad: Good morning! So are you excited for Christmas?
Erin: I sure am. I can’t believe it’s Christmas Eve already.
Dad: Time flies! And we still have a lot to do before our guests arrive.
Erin: Like what?
Dad: I have to prepare all the food for the party. I still have presents to wrap and some last-minute shopping to do. And on top of all that, I have to help mom clean the house.
Erin: Is there anything that I can help you with?
Dad: Do you think you could wrap some presents for me?
Erin: Sure. I can do that. And I’ll help you and mom clean up later.
Dad: Thanks. That’s really kind of you.
Erin: Well, it is the day before Christmas after all!
