Early Morning Stabbing



Good evening! I’m Chris Gunn and I’m here with your news at nine.

Two people were seriously injured in an early morning stabbing. The couple were attacked as they were going for their morning walk. The incident occurred at around 6 AM along the seawall. Police are searching for a suspect described as male, mid 40s, thin, and balding with a tattoo on his neck.

The global fair is in town again next week. The fair is being held at Timberline Secondary School on Saturday the 4th and Sunday the 5th. Vendors will be selling crafts from all over the world. Tickets are $2.00 at the door.

Residents of Port Hardy were evacuated early this morning due to a Tsunami warning after an Earthquake struck the northern coast. The Tsunami warning was later cancelled and the residents were able to return to their homes.
