The Blizzard Advisory
This is a weather advisory from Environment Canada. Heavy snowfall and strong winds will cause blizzard conditions beginning early Thursday morning and lasting until late evening. Visibility will be near zero in some places and limited in others. Residents are advised to avoid all outdoor activities.
